Who we are
Meet Madeleine, the creator and lead instructor at Salt Haus Pilates. My passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel empowered in their bodies is what led me to become a STOTT Pilates™ instructor. With specialised training in Advanced Reformer and Matwork, I’m able to offer a deep understanding of Pilates principles, alignment, and movement mechanics.
I love working with people from all walks of life, from beginners to seasoned athletes, helping them discover the strength and balance Pilates can offer.
My approach is personal—I take the time to understand your goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving athletic performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more connected to your body.
